how reconnect a deleted mobile device?

I am setting up geofencing and wanted to use my new phone, which was on the mobile device list. In deleting some old devices I inadvertently deleted the new one. I don't see a button in the "Mobile Devices" tab to add new devices. How can I do this?

Simply login using that device
