Flickering problem with Dahua how to solve it ?

Hello all

i have question about flickering problem

I would like to know if i can have fast shutter speed like 1/250 in 50Hz mode with this camera DAHUA IPC-HDW5231R-Z to prevent flickering problems

I have tested with 50Hz 1/100 but cant have faster exposure

You have not provided very much information regarding the nature of -- or conditions which give rise to -- your flickering issue.

NTSC vs. PAL issue?

Please provide a video of the flickering.

Some flickering in the past has been caused by multiple light sources. Are you switching between black&white and color when the floodlight comes on ?

when i am in Anti-flicker 50Hz 1/100 exposure or auto no problems
but if i go to Anti-flicker OutdoorAuto or 1/250 i have flickering problems

This camera is always in color mode day and night.

I would like to have for example 1/250 exposure with no flickering problems because my led floodlight is powerful and i can have fast shutter speed here.

With a PAL firmware it can resolve the problem ?

Those lines have been seen before they are caused by the shutter speed and two different light sources. It is a beat, See if it still happens with only one light source. It can also be caused by recording at 50hz with 60hz electric.
 
it still happens only with my led floodlight with the streeet light there is no problems
here in France power supply is 50hz

Are you using the camera IR and the flood light, that is two light sources, the street light makes three. Some LED lights flicker. Turn off the IR on the camera or the flood light.
 
i dont use B/W mode with IR light , this camera is always in color mode IR is off.

I have done tests today

the problem is coming from the flood led projector , with a dahua flood led projector no problems with Auto and 1/500 exposure settings ...
I think it comes from the internal power supply of the projector (led driver )
