hikvision can write whatever they want...the specs are meaningless...they will likely add more cameras to 4.0 or just change the lens aperture...

Hikvision has some very good low light cameras as well. One is not necessarily better than the other. Competition is very good for everyone. Hopefully these new cams will be great.
