If so, all go smooth? I know it is only a few days old.

I am on 4.7.2.0 and would like to try out the new UI3.

I do have BIupdatehelper running... but rather not have to use that if there are known issues. ;)

thanks!

Yes, I have upgraded to 4.7.6.9 two days ago. I haven't noticed any issue so far.

4.7.6.9 seems to be stable for me thumbsup.gif

I just updated this morning and no issues to report!

UI3 is very slick, I like it a lot! Thanks bp2008!

Should a new BI setup start out with the latest available version?

Advantages to older version and best version number if latest isn't best choice?

Thanks

Latest available version.

How is your multi system setup, set up?

Its nothing special. I have my "main" system connected to all (23) of the cameras. It records only on motion detect. I use it 99.9% of the time.

I have a separate box connected to most (16) of those same cameras recording 24/7 to an 8 TB purple drive. Keeps video for about a week. I'm using the "limit decode" option on there to great effect since none of its negative side-effects really apply to a constant-recording box that you never view live. This is the backup system in case the main misses an event.
