IOS Not Displaying Cameras or Saved Clips

I can view my cameras and saved clips from my Server but not from my iOS. I have done basic research, but I’m ew to this. I believe I have the latest versions of blue iris on server 4.7.3.0 x64. I’ve read under treads about user names, but don’t see that option. Where do I start? Thanks so much.

What IOS software are you using to view BI ?

Are you trying to view from the local home wifi or from an external location?

Where do I find the WIKI and cliff notes?

I’m using IOS 11.4 on iPhone X.

I am trying from my local home network Wi-Fi and external. Same results both ways.

That is not even close to the latest version
 
Looks like that was the problem. Upgradedseems to work now! Thanks so much.

Another side question? I have a video clip on my sever, can I download it to my iPhone?
