I haven't mounted the cameras permanently yet but it's most noticeable at night:

It's less obvious during daylight when the camera isn't in night mode but it's still very noticeable.

I've messed around with some image settings like adjusting WDR and turning it off completely with no noticeable difference. Also I played with Digital Noise Reduction changing it from off to various normal and expert adjustments and it didn't make a difference.

The firmware version I'm using is 5.5.0 build 170725

Any idea what might be causing this?

likely simply generated when a new iframe is sent. The extreme noise in that image makes it more noticeable. That camera is useless in that location anyway. The image is horrific. Is the IR on?

Thanks. I did some search on iframes and how to fix the pulsing/flicker. I did things like syncing up the fps and more but was only able to improve it slightly. Oh well, it's much less noticeable when the camera isn't on night mode pointing out a window so I'll live with it.

I was just testing the camera before I ran cat6 into my attic to mount it outside under an eave. It was inside my house pointing through a glass window in that video. I had the IR turned off because it would reflect back from the window and was even worse.
