Blue Iris | Let user forward/rewind a record from the same day

Hi all,
Is there a way to let a user see the recordings AND forward/rewind a record from the same day?
I'm notice that the "security officer" user cant do it... is it related to the "clips and archiving" setting?

yes of course...you are doing something wrong...simply play it back and move it on the timeline or use forward or rewind.
