I connect my to VPN server (IPsec) and I'm able to access the BI web interface using and I phone 7 on Verizon

I attempt connect via the Mobil app and get "unable to connect check server address", but wait there more if connect my VERIZON phone to a different data source ie mobile hot spot on my AT&T phone or WiFi I able to access the mobile app

I can access my NVR through its app (I bring this up as though that maybe version was in someway throttling the access) does not the seem to be the case as can access my NVR. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon tech support even go to level 3 USA based paid tech support, who claims that do not filter or throttle on NON-unlimited plans

It is not speed issue when i ran a speed test with my VPN connected im geting 13 up and 17 down

i have tried reinstalling the App, resetting Network on the phone, rebooting BI, Rebooting VPN server ect

Ensure the local IP is entered for both wan and lan.

Your the Bomb!! That worked Thanks I'm guessing the reason it worked when connected my phone to different data source it the app saw as connected to a lan but when I tried to use the phones data it look to WAN which still has my outside IP address

Thanks again!!! What pass for Tech-support should be a crime, I do not mind pay for support.... but it is up setting when I know much more that they do and they just read script and if they ask me one more time if i'm sure PC plug in and turned on i'm going to lose it
