Those seems to only be the BI helper builds. What I need are the last few BI4 updates.

Here are a few, assuming you're running 64 bit.

Dropbox - update64_4.6.9.2.exe

Dropbox - update64_4.6.5.4.exe

BiUpdateHelper will make automatic backups of all your update files (and registry settings!) so you will always have them on hand when needed.
