IPC-HFW5231E-Z12 going out of focus?

Every so often, the Dahua IPC-HFW5231E-Z12 I have at a client's site goes out of focus...this is annoying, though I can't find how to correct this?

The firmware is 2.460.0000.15.R.

Suggestions?
 
IIRC, every time it switches in and out of IR mode, it does a refocus and sometimes that’s off. If there is a PC on your clients network that’s running 24/7, there is a free utility one of the mods wrote here that runs as a Windows Service that will manually put the camera into daytime/nighttime mode, and will set the focus to specific values.
