Can't connect IP-Cam to Trassir

Hi guys, I have a DS-2CD2120F-IS, it works okay. But I tried to connect it to the system called Trassir where all cameras are stored and I get:
Connection lost invalid argument specified

I can't understand why. I type correct IP, correct Port, correct username and password.
I tried to reset it to default, tried to add new users and connect using their data. But I still cannot connect to ip cam using Trassir. I'm connecting to port 8000

Wrong Port...8000 is for hikvision only...try rtsp

So cam is hikvision. And i'm connecting it to a system called trassir

i meant that it only works with hikvision apps...you cannot use the media port (8000) with other software.
