huisun mini ptz v2 ir cutfilter problem. hard/soft problem?

hey guys, i have a problem with the ir cutfilter not working on the miniptz v2 (hs-scb415p-v10-e)
i have more of these and on the other ones the filter seems to work fine.
all have the same softversions.
i tore down the cam to see if i could locate the problem.
i narrowed down the problem to 2 possible causes:
1: software to be reset/reinstalled.
2: main pcb defect. (the one with the ambarella chip)

i first want to try option 1. unless anyone has a better idea?
who knows which latest software i need?

current software:
prog: v2.0.1
ctrl: v1.0.2
web: v1.1.1

its not a firmware problem...the ir filer is stuck..there are threads discussing how to unstick ir cut filters
 
Unfortunately it's not stuck as I already removed the filter for inspection. Also put the whole camerasensor to one of my other cams and then seemed to work fine?
Checked bandcables and switched poe pcb just to be sure.

then its not worth your time...
