why do you need training? all this can be done online if you need it via the course link i sent you..
There are many who sell dahua...go read the threads...

becouse we buy thinks in small quantity.I cant find any here.
what does the quantity have to do with the training?
You failed to read the threads discussing the dahua starlight...i cant do the work for you...pay the money for the "training" and get ripped off and get a subpar camera, thats what you have to do if you are lazy to do the research yourself..

I have one in an enclosure. Very good camera, but agree with @fenderman that they are over priced. The Dahua Starlights provide greater value in most situations.

who cares where the seller is located???
It start with Certification like ROHS, CE,...
And it goes over Warranty and
get the item shipped to you...
Tax!
Import anything from Outside of the EU mean I have to pay Product + Shipping = Price X + 20% Import Tax + X% other Tax = it cost the same or more than a Axis Cam.

Again, what difference does it make where the item SHIPS from???? All the same...
Warranty? so you will by 7x more for a camera because of warranty? 700 vs 100??? makes no sense...
There are dahua distributors in the EU..google is your friend.
You have to be high on drugs to pay axis 700 for that indoor only, nasty looking camera...
