Is there a product that can be used outdoors to make 1 cat 6 cable into 2 cables for 2 cameras. To run another cable would be a real pain to do , so was wondering if anyone used something that would work.
Thanks
Perhaps a small poe switch? Provided you have power and a place to mount it out of the weather.

The problem is there is no power nearby.

This can in fact be done....1 to 4 PoE ExtenderThen you'll need to run another cable. You can't split poe or Ethernet without a switch. A hub won't work if you're using it for video feeds and it doesn't pass POE

You are incorrect...the poe switch can send up to 48v and supply just shy of 13w ...most standard fixed cameras draw 2-4w even with IR ON....you can easily power 3 cameras using STANDARD POE 802af...if you look closely at the 1 to 4 unit, it can accept poe+ 802at, up to 25.5w...you can power 4 cams no problem unless they are huge ptz's...Good luck with that if your cameras have IR. Most cams need 48v poe, and if youre dividing the output you may not have enough power for IR at night. Not sure thats the best idea.

I have used these often and they are fine outdoors if out of the weather.
These are super handy and a time saver. So far I have not had one fail (I always carry spares, which is probably why haha).
I order from ebay (china) as there is always lots available and it is super easy to pay with no Ali-anxiety (and refunds are easy if the items never arrive). Note the delivery time is long (I budget 30 days) , so I re-order long before I need them.
Now if someone can find me the equivalent @ gigabit speeds I will a happy camper (Lots of applications where we want to add a camera or two to a radio backhaul)
@Ford do you use a particular seller for them?
What is the best way to use it outdoors and keep it from going bad, does it need to be in a weather sealed box.
