Push notification to mobile app

Was working fine just the other day now when I try to send push alert to mobile app I get nothing...firewall is configured correctly but when I hit test BI says sent to 0 devices. Removed and re added phone still no luck.....any ideas?

did you change ANY other settings in bi or your phone?

not that I can think of....even tried restart computer no luck will try with diif phone....

soooo seems to be working on wifes phone not sure why no luck on mine, like said have deleted and re added mine box is checked in mobile devices.....

Any update on that? Mine is also not working, but in my case its first time installation.
