Ok I bricked my DS-2CD2232-I5, what is a good replacement camera that works with 7608NI-E2/8P?

I wouldn't mind pan and tilt option and prepare to pay more not Chinese hacked version

Look at turrets instead...many threads on various models
 
Either go down to 2mp or unto 4mp, the 3mp is one of the noisiest image sensors in the HIK line. Also you'll want to stay with HIK since that is what the NVR is, this will allow you to use advanced features vs running via video/onvif only.
