iVMS-4200 Main View Panel Issue! Help greatly appreciated

Hello to all,
Thank you to anyone who can help me with this.

I have installed iVMS-4200 on a windows 10 computer.
We have 10 total cameras installed.
On the mobile app, I can see all 10 cameras without issue.

On the desktop client, for whatever reason, I have the following issue:
The 6 panels in the top left of the screen all function properly and display their cameras.
I use 16 panel view; the other 10 panels do not work properly. When I drag cameras to these panels, it shows some kind of distorted view (zoomed in) of the camera, or it takes one camera playback and distributes it on the other 10 screens. I am uploading screenshots to show what I mean.

In summary, the top left 6 panels work fine, the other 10 panels, regardless of which of the remaining 4 panels I place them into, WILL NOT display properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't say I have a solution, but I have seen that behaviour before on a single costumer's computer, that was weird.

First thing I would do is to try to update the video drivers.

You mean update video drivers on my computer? Or is there a way to do it on the software itself
