Need SMS/Email help

Loving my Blue Iris software - just purchased and configured the mobile app... fantastic!! but I can't get the notifications via sms or set up my email to function...

Attached image is my issue with setting up SMS for mobile app. I have everything set up correctly but when I test it, I get the attached screen and google help is useless for what I am trying to do. Thanks in advance.

You may need to tell gmail to allow use of less secure apps

fyi, you will get much faster notifications using the push notifications to the mobile app..

For the same cost you can jump into the app and see video...

I use them to get some shots off site since my bi box isn't all secured up and I don't have a backup NVR, yet
