Blitzwolf cameras

I just purchased a blitwolf IP camera and BlueIris doesn't have it listed. I'm having some issues getting it configured- no video at the moment. Any one have a suggestion?

They are garbage cameras...see if you can return them...in the future stick with known good brands.
