Bluriris stop playing record video after 5 seconds

When I click on my records videos, it just plays it for 5 seconds then stops. Any ideas? I can fast fast forward and see the time on my video increases but when I press on the Play button, it just plays for 5 seconds or does not play at all.

post your video configuration settings as well as your record tab settings

Just to add, browsing all my cameras live has no delay. Just when I view my recordings of any of my 7 cams, it plays for 5 secs, then it stops. The 5 secs is very consistant across all recording playbacks for all my cams.

This is because you have it configured improperly...in the record tab set it to continuous or triggered not "triggered+continuous"....T+C serves a different function (see the help file)
