IE scaling issue - video covering PTZ controls

This happens in IE on Windows 10; connecting directly to the camera. It started on my laptop, presumably after an update. Still worked on my desktop for several weeks, then all of the sudden it started there too. The video is stretching across the entire window so the PTZ controls are not visible. If I reduce the window width to just about nothing, the video portion scales down enough to barely see the controls but then the video is too small to be usable.
Any ideas?

I am using IE version 11, not Edge. Chrome works using the IE Tab program. Ill also give SmartPSS a try.

In Internet Explorer go to :Tools / zoom / 100%
