Dell PowerEdge T130 - what CPU is suffieinct for 3-4 cams?

I have currently PowerEdge T100 that brings the CPU to 100% with 3 cams.
I like the form factor and build quality of the Dell PowerEdge.
Therefore, I am looking at the the T130. Wondering what CPU choice is sufficient for 3-4 cams.

Default is Intel Celeron G3900 2.8GHz, 2M cache

The celeron is weak. Buy an optiplex with i5 4590 for 300.

Thanks. I would need to find the older OptiPlex mini-tower design. The new ones don't appear to be a good solution for removable trays in the front.

They both have the similar designs. You dont want to go any older than haswell. Why do you need hotswapable trays?

I am using the server for a second purpose: consolidated backup of all my PC/laptops.

I have sets of two. I keep one drive in a safe location. Then swap.

I am looking at the previous PowerEdge model, Lenovo server, or an OptiPlex after all.

In any case, What OS is BlueIris confirmed to work? Would win server 2012 be ok?
