BI hovering near 100% cpu

Almost constantly, not spikes. Used to always be around 30%.
Made no changes at all and no updates.
Running 2 Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-IW bullets, one wireless, one hardwired.
Both at 15fps
Both with low 20 frame pre-trigger
It's been working perfectly until yesterday afternoon
Again, I've made no changes to BI or added/changed any software.
Running 4.0.3.1 x64

Any clues???

Have you restarted your system? your version is a year old, you might consider updating..
 
Finally got it back to around 30% CPU
Guessing a Microsoft update I picked a Restore Point and rolled it back 5 days and it dropped to about 55%.
Kept poking around and found that the hard-wired camera was also connecting via wireless. I simply munged the password to the router and am back where I was, 30%
