I cant get my Blue Iris App to connect anymore

I did the latest software update and when i tried to connect and use my blue iris app it wouldnt connect. it probably has nothing to do with the update but i didnt change anything. could my router just stop letting data through the ports i aready had open?

Did your public IP change by any chance? Could you get to it from within your local network?
