Dear Friend,
I got issue after change windows version. my license does not work anymore. then I try to reactivate it said. "Your license has been entered too many times and must be reset." and I also send email to Blue Iris Support, but they don't respond yet. other than that, my license more than 1 year so I don't know they will help to reset licenses. Anyone else can help on that?

Your options now are to wait for them to get back or buy a new license. Nothing anyone here can do.
 
Always Always Always, deactivate the License on Blue Iris ( as with most software) before changing the OS.
Esp if its a clean install.
