XRV and Dahua chinese IPC not talking

Hello

I got a XRV Dahua, and many other Ip Cams like reolink dahua (multilang)
Yesterday I got a Dahua from a chines shop and its FULL chines Lang.......no English in it.. but manage to navigate via translation.

So I add it via IP in the XVR but it stays in Red.
DIsabled the Safety Proctocol to COmpatible. on both XRV and IPC. still stying Red.

its a HDW2433DT-A.
Any help ?
