Wyzecam V2 - 4.9.7.798 version cannot connect

I'm in the Beta group, and 4.9.7.798 of the firmware for the V2 Wyzecam became available. I updated my 4 Wyzecams which I use with Tinycam pro. After the update TinyCam pro cannot connect to the Wyzecams.

Works fine in the Wyze app of course, but I think they've changed something on the camera side, so that now only the Beta version of the Wyze app can talk with this beta firmware version. So non beta Wyze app cannot connect to this version of the firmware.

I'm also set as a beta tester for TinyCam Pro - so using 15.1.2.

I assume you installed the f/w not because an issue you had or a feature you wanted but because you're in the Beta group.

Can you verify that the cam's port for streaming is the same one as before the new firmware? Such as 554 for RTSP?
 
Sorry I couldn't help with what changed in the new firmware like the port used.

I did see your update of 15.1.3 beta 1 and it is working for me!!

Glad you got results but it sure wasn't because of me; your kudos should go to the developer of TinyCam, @alexvas . :cool:
