Wire trap problem

Hello, I have a NVR DHI-NVR4208-8P-4KS2, impossible to operate the trap wire, when I click on smart plan I have a message that tells me no connected channel.
Can you help me operate this trap wire?

What's the model of the camera you're trying to configure? Tripwire requires a compatible camera that supports the feature.
Also you won't ve able to use IVS features if the camera is working with H.265+
 
Teemu81, Thank you very much, I just understood why it didn't work anymore, I changed the resolution and activated the plugin, it's been several days since I couldn't find it, you helped me out.
