More a Windows issue I guess, but it looks like there are occasions where my server is rebooting, I'm assuming it was due to an update (e.g., yesterday there was a security update). Have all my setting set to "do not restart", so not sure what is causing it?

Is there a way to see why the system rebooted?

An excerpt from "Use Event Viewer to Tell When Your PC Last Rebooted":

".....To figure out when your PC was last rebooted, you can simply open up Event Viewer, head into the Windows Logs -> System log, and then filter by Event ID 6006, which indicates that the event log service was shut down—one of the last things that happens before a reboot"

Hmmmm..thx. So there is no 6006, but there does appear to be a 6008 "The previous system shutdown at 6:44:45 PM on ‎2020-‎09-‎13 was unexpected".

Unexpected shutdown possibly, such as sudden loss of power (mechanically intermittent power cord or plug, no UPS/battery back up?), CPU or PS overheating (faulty fan, CPU heatsink clogged with excessive dust?).

Lots of info if you Google "windows event 6008"
