Dear all

I have a problem with my new installed nuc7i7bnh win 10 64 bit setup. Within 2 hours runtime of blueiris ( service or as app) the cpu rises slowly to 99% from 20% upon startup.

I came from a win 7 64 bit install on a nuc5i5 which ran great. Also ha enabled. I imported this configuration in the newly build pc.

I on the latest build en also tried enabling limi ha until needed iptiob(still no luck). Also tried an older bi build, same issue.

Last im also tried to different intel iris 640 graphic drivers, but on both i got the issue.

I just disabled ha acceleration and cpu sames stable so thats what causing my cpu increase.

Run as service or as app wont make a difference.

However i still need ha accelleration to reduce cpu load, so what can i do?

Regards

Bart

To early... However the cpu issues where resolved by downgrading to the 21 version of the Iris 650 driver.

But now my framerates of my cameras drop dramaticall, any other people having issues with HA quicksync accellartaions on KABY Lake processors?

I saw some comments at the intel forum as well about the increasing cpu usage while using quicksync, with the latest 22 drivers.

Try downgrading your BI installation to 4.6.4.10.

Install the Intel 15.45.18.4664 HD Graphics driver (Windows Driver Store Version 21.20.16.4664) and install Blue Iris 4.6.4.10.

This link may help you out...

Download Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 10 for Intel NUC Kit NUC7i3BN, NUC7i5BN, and NUC7i7BN
