I couldn't find anything specific in the wiki for wide angle dewarped cams.
I'm looking for something about 130° without the fisheye look.

Yeah do not know of any like that. Type 130 degree camera without fish eye look in google and see what comes up. good luck

The EzViz DB1 doorbell camera has somewhat of a fisheye lens. (Check the doorbells forum.)
On my front porch, this covers a lot of the ceiling, so I used BI to set a Region of Interest and checked the option to de-warp the video. Works reasonably well.
