This is very big, .. it's about whether or not Government agencies have the power to make laws and make criminals of Americans ( instead of the congress making laws )

Why the Cargill Case Will Be Bigger Than Bruen : Washington Gun Law

Feb 21, 2024
Think Bruen was huge, wait until you see what's really at stake in the matter of Cargill v. Garland. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the upcoming Supreme Court arguments set for February 28th in which the United States finds itself appealing the 5th Circuit's determination that the ATF's ban on bump stocks was without lawful authority. But this case is about way, way more than bump stocks. This case is about the ATF's playbook and how they have been conducting business for years. And for this reason, this case will have a much bigger impact than Bruen and we will explain how. So, arm yourself with education today.

The comment is totally on point! And it goes to the State level.

That same legal argument needs to apply to The California Air Resources Board...

Really huge--- Federal agencies have run amok and overstepped their authority across the whole damn government. The EPA-- holy shit!
As for THIS case--- I don't give a damn about "bump stocks" -- it's a stupid gimmicky toy IMO. If SCOTUS can use this to remind Congress to DO THEIR DAMN JOBS irrespective of bump stocks, that would be a win.
