On April 29th, 2023, at 12:39am, Abbotsford Police Patrol Officers responded to a report of mischief in progress at a residence in the 2300 block of Broadway Street.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed extensive property damage to four vehicles and parts of the residence. Video footage obtained at the scene shows a large group of armed suspects arriving in three separate vehicles.
The suspects are seen leaving their vehicles before using various weapons, including axes, swords, and baseball bats, to smash out windows and destroy other property.
This incident is very concerning to the Abby PD, due to the violent nature of the crime along with the targeting of an occupied residence. Investigators ask anyone with information on the suspects or suspects vehicles please call the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225.
Where is this? Can't be Texas since if they were banging on the door it is an 85% chance they would have been met with more than a baseball bat.
Someone in the home pissed someone off it appears. Can't see that being random. The one dude lazily hitting the white van is a bit funny though, like he was being punished and forced to beat on the car.
Can see the cameras location from Global News video. The house that was attacked was newly built from looking at google map. And it's got at least 2 cameras on the front side of the house plus one from neighbor's garage. Owner should have better videos of the punks who went up the house and smashed their windows.
