Where are Alerts stored?

My Alerts directory is empty, but I still show tons of alerts in the BI software. So where are they being stored?

They might be assigned a different path then Alerts directory, check the assignment in "Options>Clips and archiving>Folders

@chaycock They are stored in the database .. Alerts are only stored in the folder if you choose to store high res images.. There is no need for it though...
