Hello everyone, I have a ds-2cd2t42wd-i5 4mp hikvision camera, but watch the picture with brightness only from 3pm to 6pm the image is very dark on the left
how to fix this because i don't have the HLC only WDR and Backlight ??
I would try the backlight setting. Obviously the exposure is being set by the very bright areas of the view. The shadow is in very heavy darkness. The backlight setting is generally used when you have a very bright background that is keeping the foreground under exposed. While not exactly the situation here, it is close enough that I bet using that setting will help get the two exposure extremes closer.
