What is the maximum camera viewers on Hikvision NVR DS-96064NI-I16?

We have a Hikvision System with NVR DS-96064NI-I16 with 57 channels (cameras) of assorted models.
Are there any specifications as to how many users can be viewing cameras at one time and how many cameras each person can be viewing at the same time? Some people keep an eye on one camera, while others monitor multiple cameras.
We have 57 Cameras and 30 users that 'could' be viewing cameras all at the same time. Generally 18-20 should be viewing the cameras all the time. We are an automobile dealer with cameras pointing to the lot to spot perspective customers browsing our vehicles.

We have been getting the following error message lately: "Reconnecting...No more user can be connected.(Error code HCNetSDK.dll[5].)

if you had full 64 ch, that would mean you would be able to show all cams on 2 pcs only. Rest is the math.



For streaming to more pcs you need to use Streaming Server

I have a DS-7616NI-M2/16P.... the specification for my model shows the same 128 remote connections...



but the NVR GUI shows "Maximum number of streaming connections: 322"...



Not sure what this means, just pointing it out.

As i can see its gui 5.0 that recently came out. I wouldnt trust anything that goes of the charts like this

I was thinking the same thing ... I guess I could try to make more than 128 connections and to check...

Where did you find those specifications? I have looked in several places and can't seem to come up with that number. Not that you're wrong I just would like to know where to find the spec's.

I watched the video on Deploying Streaming Server, where do you get that software from?
