I have a Hikvision DS7608NI-E2 NVR. (2) hikvison 4mb, (1) hikvision 3mp and (4) eyserv (dahau) 3mp cameras. Using IE11 on my I5, 8gb ram, W7 pro to view the cameras has cpu pegged at 100% the entire time. All cameras are set to max resolution, 15fps, 2048 bitrate. I am new to hi res ip cameras but not computers. Any help is appreciated.
Update: I have installed the iVMS4200 software on my PC to monitor the cameras. Now my cpu usage stays between 10-40%. Works much better than IE11 to view cameras.
