Agreed but the one in the picture says it is the 1.18 sensor and the 5831r-ze is the 1.25

Please provide a link. I don't think we've seen that camera yet. They have a bullet with that 1/1.8" sensor (IPC-HFW2831T-ZS) but we've never seen a turret (IPC-HDW2831T-ZS).

It appears it isn't POE but wonder if there is one that is with the same specs? 4mp etc with the 1.18 sensor as that is ultimate for low light

That sucks they need these in POE with the 1.18 sensor
