Were can i find spare parts for imporx ip cam

I need spare parts for a new Imporx ip ptx 30x zoom camera. The Camera modul is no working. The board has problem . I wrote huisun in china but the dont answert me and the seller from aliexpres same.
I hope i can find help. I have 2 four years old big Imporx automatic tracking cameras and they working very good and i think the new generation has not the same quality.

Huisun, improx and their resellers are well know to ignore you after problems occur. It is not only their new cameras that are problematic, that had lots of issues with the old models as well. You have learned a good cheap lesson.
