I finally got around to kind of ghetto mounting my PTZ, but it works for my need and has a better view than I thought it would. Gets a little wobblily if really windy may get another 2x6 and mount together or a angled post, though for the most part it's fine. I wanted a 4x4 but couldn't find one that wasn't a fence post or that was weather treated over 8" for some reason. So I put it in a Homer bucket with quickrete and used a mending plate to tie it to the fence post. I haven't played with it to much or messed with auto tracking and thought about an over view cam but don't thing I need one now.
Not to bad but that light across the street while nice kind of sucks. I have messed with color a little but not b&w yet. Currently shutter priory and 10ms.
