At least with me, in Internet Explorer, I had to put the IP in the "Compatibility View" list as well as adding it to Options - Security - Trusted Sites to get the live feed to work.

  • +1 @neonate
  • Add to Options > Security > Trusted Sites
  • Use IE10 or IE11
  • Right click the web plugin and "Run As Administrator"
  • Close Internet Explored when installing the web plugin

I had the same problem with Windows 7/32.
I updated windows 7, and now everything is ok.

hunte88, I had a similar problem with a Dahua plugin. It turned out it Kaspersky internet security was blocking it. It even blocked it from working when I paused protection. I finally booted up in safe mode with networking, downloaded and installed the plugin, then it worked. So it could be security software.

Old thread , but not sure recently i started having problems connecting to my huisun camera in any browser, i mean mozilla firefox or internet explorer.
Do all the settings, tried every thing with no luck.
So i come cross this browser
Introducing the Android version! Lunascape - simple easy to use multi-featured web browser (for windows)

And works out of the box with out installing anything, unless the plugin required was installed previously.

THANKS Thanks thanks patrocle,
I have always had a problem, (which really means, that I have never been able) to use the web interface to configure my cameras. After reading your post, I have now been able to. Still got more cameras to try but it is the closest. I have tried everything from IE Tab for Chrome, F12 tools, every browser known to man and anything else a desperate person would do.

So far I am very grateful. BTW, Everybody said all the above-mentioned ways would work. Not for me.

I have the same problem on my laptop. I also installed Lunascape and it works. I don't care for the program much as it seems laggy and crashes now and then.

On my laptop, if I log in using another user account the camera will work fine in internet explorer.

@RogMan, Your welcome.
Lunascape browser is working fine, but if u have 4k monitor like i do, it make the screens and words small.

I find other broswer that works really good too, called:
SeaMonkey
The SeaMonkey® Project

Regards,

patrocle,
I must have screwed up again. The lunar worked fine 1 time. I go back to it and the same problems start. I used SeaMonkey and the same thing happened. Use it 1 time and then no go. This has turned out to be one of the most disgusting things for me.
Any help?
Thanks,
Roger

I am still working on the fps drop from 12 during the day to 2-3 fps at night. I thinkI am still working on the fps drop from 12 during the day to 2-3 fps at night. Can someone point me in the direction to fix this problem with viewing? Not consistent with any camera or anything else. I have reinstalled Windows 10 and BI from scratch and still having no luck. Maybe it is due to fps problem I am having. I am also getting a lot of No signal when first started but usually goes away after while.
Thanks,
Roger
