Web client does not show clips

Hi,

I am new here. I have installed BI on an i7 computer and so far have three IP cameras connected. BI is a wonderful piece of software but I had to do some fiddling to learn of all the details and get it up and running. No problems with CPU load. I still have an issue though. The clips are not shown in the web client. This is true both for starting the client using the "globe" in the BI toolbar and for starting it on an another computer somewhere else on the Internet. I attach a screendump showing the problem.

Any hints on solutions?

Welcome to the forum! Under the users tab in the main options, ensure that view recorded clips is checked in the user settings.
