Volcanic monitoring PTZ in Mexico

Now don't get all Tinfoil hat crazy on me....I'm just an observer,,,,,
I stumbled on an Amazon Prime video where they mounted some PTZ's to monitor reports of UAP's that seem to go inside and around a couple active Volcanoes.....

Looks Like my Jidetech PTZ interface. Which has a Hikvision naming convention to its model number.
