viewing my hikvision dvr outside home network

i can view ivms 4200 on my home network but not outside it. i can vie it on my phone with hilook app. could i view it remotely with blue iris?

As just the DVR you have, no you can not.

Blue Iris is ran on a computer and is essentially an NVR.

So you would need to dedicate a Windows computer to run BI in order to review it remoted and it would essentially take the place of your existing DVR.
