Hello everyone !
I am a new BI user, and I have an Y-cam 2nd generation (720p), used to record video on motion to my computer (Intel Core i5, 4Go Ram)
BI seems to work very well, but I'm experiencing two issues :
- Sometimes, when recording or not, the video is freezing during some time (2-3 seconds) in BI. Then, the videos comes back. I've set my camera to exchange data at 720p with 30FPS, and BI has the same configuration.
- I use FTP to transfer my videos files on a web-server. But sometimes, I get a "FTP Send Error : 5b4" during FTP upload. This problem is not present at each FTP file upload (and the small test file uploaded during the FTP test of BI is successful). But when this happen, all the videos files are stucked, due to only one file that canot be transfered to the server. When deleting the video file from BI, the FTP transfer continue with the other video files without problem... up to the following FTP Send Error...
Thank you for your help,
Samuel.
