This version has fixed my crashing issue. I am running Win 7 64-bit. I was crashing when double clicking to view clips in all version of BI4 64-bit prior to Version 4.0.0.14

I'm running 64bit Windows 8.1 and this BI4 version 4.0.0.14 with 64bit still seems to be working fine for me.
