I have 6 5mp cameras recording at 15fps. I also have a 3TB hard drive.
I am trying to conserve HD space so i am deciding to try and use Triggered+continuous on 3 cameras that dont see much action (but still record) then when the cam detects motion they will record at 15fps before going back to low frame rate after a certain time.
My setting on record tab are:
Record:Triggered+continuous 0:01 min for 0.0 sec <-- (only 1 frame)
Options: Combine cut video each 1hrs 0min 4.0gb
The problem im having is one of the cameras using these settings work perfect. The other 2 indicate they are recording "red box around camera view" but nothing is being saved unless there is a motion alert. Ive compared multiple times that the settings match on both cameras but two of my cameras still will not record unless there is an alert.
Any ideas?
