User Limit to Group not working

I'm trying to create a user with access to a single camera, but this account can still see all my cameras.

Here's what I did:
1. Created a new Group which just has one camera in it.
2. Created a user and checked "Limit User to Groups", then selected the new Group that I just made with the one camera.
3. Login to UI3 with the user account and I can still see all cameras.

Hopefully somebody could share some quick troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Thank you.
 
What is your BI's version?
 
Hey thanks for the quick reply. Thankfully it started working just now!

The solution could've been one of these two things:
A: just a matter of time. It was less than one hour since I made the configuration described in the original post.
or
B: I went to "url/ui3.htm" and logged in with the new user credentials when prompted, which was different from every time prior to that where I had included the credentials in the URL such as "url/ui3.htm?user=user&pw=password".

BI version 5.5.6.21 for reference.

I vote for B.
Sometimes a reboot of BI is good when you make changes that have to do with authorization like users, passwords, etc.
