I am completely newbie on this world (cam secure). I bought this model "Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P" (小米米家智能摄像机云台版 - 小米商城) and I intend use this cam as secure cam doorbells.
I took my screwdrivers
and I opened this cam. I ended up with this plate (see attachment). I only need the board where the cam is and the led infrared's. The cam works very fine but I repair a little delay on image. If I pass in front of the cam I only appear after (more a less) three seconds later. Furthermore sometimes the real-times image and recordings stay faulty.
My doubt is... This hardware can works well without two motors, microphone and speaker? Someone already tested this?
So far the cam works well, but this delay and problems with images spoil the projects.
