upload file to internet

I created a time lapse file using blue iris and I store it on my local pc hard drive. I want to upload this to my website as a mp4 file. What steps do I take to upload this file.

Did you look into BI's built-in Help?
Click on BI's "Options", choose "Clips and Archiving" tab, on lower right click on "Help" button.
That will launch BI's Help, specifically the 'Working with Clips" topic.
Scroll down to "Editing Clips".
